Despite its small size, the apartment, measuring 30m2, will meet the needs of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite which there is a SMART TV and a fold-out sofa (dimensions 100x170cm). In this small space, there is also a place for a table with four chairs, which comfortably accommodates breakfast and other meals. Preparing food is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. 

The Nadmotławie 13 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning to undergo revitalization, on the way to the Old Town, you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenements.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of garage spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
