Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. In addition, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also greeted with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 13 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. The apartment, despite its small size of 30m2, meets the demands of even the most discerning. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything easy to find. A comfortable double bed, in front of it a TV with SMART function and a fold-out sofa (dimensions 100x170cm). In this small space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Preparing meals is facilitated by a fully equipped kitchenette, which has everything needed for a several-day stay. 

The apartment Nadmotławie 13 is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building that was commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment's surroundings are just beginning their revitalization period, the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Use of the area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage that allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
