Nadmotławie 145 is the ideal choice for a very romantic and very comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Despite its small size of 30m2, the apartment meets the demands of the most discerning. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable, large bed. Directly opposite is a large SMART TV. In this small space, there is room for a table that will comfortably accommodate you during breakfast or any other meal. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for meal preparation with everything needed for a several-day stay. A separate room is the bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, which also allows for a quick morning shower. An additional space is the balcony furnished with comfortable furniture. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee and an evening drink. The view is unique throughout the day - the river combined with the historic Gdańsk Shipyard buildings.
The Nadmotławie 145 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building that was completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all along the way to the Old Town. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to the shared area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also accommodates cars with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
