Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a several-day stay. A separate room is the bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, which also allows for a quick morning shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture. The balcony is an ideal place for morning coffee or an evening drink. The view throughout the day is unique — the river combined with the historic Gdańsk Shipyard buildings.

The Nadmotławie 145 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will constantly enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenements.

A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking spot is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
