Nadmotławie 85 Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, the walk to the Old Town is continuously accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and attractive appearance, is the shared area - consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.

The building also features an underground parking garage allowing vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also accommodates cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
