The apartment is located in a modern apartment building opened in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the direct vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Along the way, you will find a variety of restaurants, shops, and service outlets. On the property, there is a pleasant, green terrace. A major advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and additionally paid sauna.
