The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The Gdańsk panorama can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Along the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets.
