A modern 38-square-meter apartment in Warsaw, designed for up to 4 people, it is a stylish and comfortable interior maintained in light, calm colors, with thoughtful decor, functional solutions, and a private balcony, all together creating a perfect place to relax during both tourist and business stays.
Living room is equipped with a comfortable, fold-out sofa in subdued, modern shades of gray. Opposite it, there is a large Smart TV with access to TV channels, and subtle accessories and soft textiles give the interior a cozy, calm character.
From the living room, there is an exit to an intimate balcony, furnished with chairs and a table, creating an ideal spot for morning coffee with a view of the well-maintained courtyard.
The functional kitchenette is kept in neutral, modern beige tones, and the elegant, matte cabinet fronts are complemented by a stylish, light herringbone backsplash. Guests have at their disposal a oven, dishwasher, cooktop, coffee machine and kettle. Next to it is an aesthetic island with bar stools, perfect for both meals and work. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed with soft bedding and decorative pillows awaits, and delicate wallpaper and elegant curtains create a soothing, relaxing atmosphere conducive to rest after a long day.
Bathroom impresses with marble accents, a large round mirror, and a spacious shower, while the bright, noble finishes give it lightness and elegance. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern building in Warsaw's Wola district, right next to Daszyński Roundabout, ensuring excellent access to the metro, trams, and buses. Nearby, there are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and office buildings, and places such as the Warsaw Uprising Museum and Warsaw Breweries are within short walking distance.
