ABOUT THE APARTMENT
A modern, 38-square-meter apartment in Warsaw, intended for up to 4 people, is a stylish and comfortable interior kept in light, calm colors, with thoughtful decor, functional solutions and a private balcony, which together create the ideal place to relax during both leisure and business stays.
Living room is equipped with a comfortable, fold-out sofa, in subdued, modern shades of grey. Opposite there is a large Smart TV with access to TV channels, and subtle accessories and soft textiles give the interior a cozy, calm character.
From the living room there is access to a cosy balcony, where chairs and a small table have been placed, creating the perfect spot for a morning coffee overlooking the well-kept courtyard.
The functional kitchenette is kept in neutral, modern beige tones, and the elegant matte furniture fronts are complemented by a stylish, light herringbone backsplash. Available to guests are a oven, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine and kettle. Next to it there is an aesthetic island with stools, ideal for both dining and working. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices. has been prepared.
In the bedroom awaits a comfortable double bed with soft bedding and decorative cushions, and the delicate wallpaper and elegant curtains create a soothing, relaxing atmosphere conducive to rest after a full day.
Bathroom impresses with marble accents, a large round mirror and a spacious shower, and the light, noble finishes give it lightness and elegance. For guests, hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared.
LOCATION
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern building in Warsaw's Wola district, right next to Rondo Daszyńskiego, providing excellent access to the metro, trams and buses. Nearby there are numerous restaurants, cafés, shops and office buildings, and places such as the Warsaw Uprising Museum or Browary Warszawskie are within a short walk. It's an ideal place for those who value convenience, great transport links and urban energy.
