Deo Plaza 403 is a unique apartment on the banks of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets a picturesque landscape. Large windows brighten the room, and their panoramic view of the Motława River impresses at first glance. It is an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere.
The central point of the living room is a sofa bed, with a television opposite it. On the other side of the living room is a kitchenette, equipped with all necessary appliances for meal preparation. Next to it is an elegant bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, ensuring excellent rest after a day full of experiences. The bathroom is modern, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries.
A pleasant balcony with a view of the city and the Motława River is perfect for a morning coffee.
The Deo Plaza 403 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries in appearance. It is situated right on the Motława River, in close proximity to Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” featuring restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” café.
Guests have access to a pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, as well as a jacuzzi for an additional fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation and payment must be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority access for Radisson Hotel Guests.

Thanks to the central city location, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, it is important to remember that typical downtown noises may occur at night.
Due to bridge renovation next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
