The pleasant bedroom features a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare any meal. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet, washing machine, and a spacious shower.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka island. The Old Town is just a few minutes away on foot. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service facilities. Within the facility, there is a pleasant, green terrace. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared building area — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and a paid sauna.
