The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses will accompany you all the way to the Old Town.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a children's playroom and gym. Access to these facilities is included in the apartment price.
