Nadmotławie 147 is the ideal choice for a romantic or simply a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two. Despite its small size of 29m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, directly opposite a large SMART TV and a small sofa. In this small space, there is also a table with chairs, which comfortably accommodates breakfast or any other meal. Food preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.
The Nadmotławie 147 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment’s neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, the route to the Old Town is continuously accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage allowing entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also accepts cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
