Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics including shampoo, gently scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. The stay is also enhanced for our Guests by a welcome set consisting of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Grano Residence 1 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the border of Gdańsk's Old Town. Exceptionally spacious 43 square meters guarantee a successful stay for two or up to four people. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV, workspace, and a spacious wardrobe, a pleasant living room with a pull-out sofa, TV, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Additional space is provided by a terrace.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Use of this is additionally charged and subject to availability.
The building is located on Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern and visually attractive apartment buildings, river access and proximity to the Old Town are the immediate neighborhood of the building.
