Downtown Apartments are the perfect blend of top hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The stay is also made more enjoyable for our guests with a welcome set including tea, coffee, and basic spices.

Letnica 17 is a spacious and well-equipped apartment. 50 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for up to four people. The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom with a large double bed. A pleasant living room is combined with a suitably equipped kitchenette. A comfortable fold-out sofa with an Italian frame ensures a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a large shower and toilet.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building opened in 2022. Letnica is a rapidly developing district of Gdańsk. Its close proximity, just a 15-minute walk, is the Gdańsk Stadium together with Fun Arena, offering gas karting, bungee jumping, escape rooms, and a playground for children. The tunnel under the Martwa Wisła River significantly facilitates access to the Old Town. The apartment is also a short distance from Gdańsk’s most popular beach - Brzeźno.

The apartment also includes a parking space.
