The Nadmotławie B41 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the direct vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization, the route to the Old Town continuously offers views of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town buildings. 

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom and gym. Access to this area is included in the apartment price.
