The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set comprising a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Houseboat Modern 2 is an exceptionally unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. The apartment stands out from others. It is moored on the water and accommodates 6 people, including a maximum of 4 adults. Guests have access to two separate bedrooms, each with large double beds. The stylish living room features a fold-out sofa and a Smart TV as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay in summer. Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower.

The biggest advantage of the houseboat is the terrace, from which, while enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink, you can savor the view of the calm Motława River. The terrace doors from one of the bedrooms lead to the access to the roof, where you can relax sunbathing on a deck chair.

Our Houseboat is located in the Gdańsk marina, on the Motława River - right by the Stągiewny Bridge and at the extension of Szafarnia Street. Despite the proximity to the main attractions of Gdańsk's Old Town, the location is a quiet and peaceful place. In the vicinity, you will find various restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, and walking paths. The nearby streets captivate with historic buildings and monuments. An excellent location to satisfy even the most demanding tourist.
