The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set consisting of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Houseboat Modern 2 is an exceptionally unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. The apartment stands out from the others. It is moored on the water and accommodates 6 people, including a maximum of 4 adults. There are two separate bedrooms available to guests, each with large double beds. In the stylish living room, there is a sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Comfortable summer stays are ensured by air conditioning. Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower.
The biggest advantage of the houseboat is the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of the calm Motława River while having morning coffee or an evening drink. The terrace doors of one of the bedrooms lead to roof access, where you can relax and sunbathe on a deck chair.
A sauna is available for guests. Its use is included in the price.
Our Houseboat is located at the Gdańsk marina, on the Motława River - right by the Stągiewny Bridge and at the extension of Szafarnia Street. Despite the proximity to the main attractions of Gdańsk's Old Town, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The area offers various restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, as well as walking paths. Nearby streets delight with historic buildings and monuments. The excellent location will satisfy the most demanding tourist.
