The house combines functionality and elegance, offering a private relaxation area in the garden, modern interiors, and comfortable equipment that will meet the expectations of both families and groups of friends. The property is intended for up to 6 adults, making it an ideal place for a joint trip in comfortable conditions.
The spacious, air-conditioned living room is the heart of the house. Here you will find a comfortable sofa bed, a TV with access to TV channels and Smart TV functionality, allowing you to watch your favorite movies and series.
From the living room you can go directly to a cozy garden, where a grill awaits – a perfect place to relax and enjoy meals together at any time of the day.
A modern kitchenette, fully equipped for self-catering. It includes a microwave oven function oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and all necessary accessories. Next to the kitchen there is a large table with chairs, which is conducive to shared meals and long conversations over coffee or dinner. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices has been prepared.
Main bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed that ensures a restful sleep.
In the second bedroom there are two single beds – a great solution for children or accompanying guests.
The bathroom is decorated in a modern style and includes a spacious shower, making the stay comfortable even for longer bookings. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are provided for guests.

The sea can be reached in 5–10 minutes, where guests will find a wide, sandy beach with light sand and exceptionally clean, refreshing water. These features make the town attract tourists every year who are looking for a combination of comfort, nature, and seaside atmosphere.
