From the moment you step in, guests are greeted by an impressive reception whose heart is a more than 100-year-old olive tree, brought directly from the areas around Barcelona – a symbol of peace, nature and the Mediterranean climate.

The Villa Deco 9 apartment enchants with a harmonious arrangement of space where elegance meets functionality. The perfect combination of aesthetics and comfort makes it an ideal place both for a short stay and a longer relaxation. Bright interiors, subtle details and carefully selected furnishings create an atmosphere of peace and comfort. The apartment is located on the -1 floor of the building and is intended for a maximum of 4 guests.

• Air-conditioned living area is a bright, harmoniously arranged living-sleeping space with a comfortable double bed, wrapped in soft bedding and stylish pillows. Subtle decorative accents and designer armchairs give the interior a unique character and encourage relaxation.

• Kitchenette with a stylish dining table is perfect for meals. For guests' convenience there is a cooking hob, as well as a welcome set with coffee, tea and spices.
  
  
• Bathroom in an industrial style impresses with the combination of raw tiles and wood, and the spacious walk-in shower and designer sink complete the ensemble. Guests are provided with fresh towels and a basic set of toiletries.
  
  
• The apartment's greatest advantage, besides the location, is a separate room with private sauna and jacuzzi.

Parking spaces are available in front of the building. Advance reservation is required, because the number of spaces is limited and they may be unavailable on the selected date.

A modern air conditioning system provides comfortable conditions year-round, allowing you to enjoy an optimal temperature throughout your stay. The apartment offers guests a private sauna and jacuzzi.

LOCATION

Józefa Czyżewskiego Street in Sopot is a quiet and charming location in the heart of the city. Located in the Dolny Sopot district it offers the perfect combination of a central location and the atmosphere of an intimate street.

The famous Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street - “Monciak” - is about 5 minutes on foot from the property. It is the quintessence of the Sopot atmosphere – prestige, entertainment and countless attractions within reach. Walking down this iconic street you will discover trendy cafés, restaurants and boutiques, and in just a few minutes you are at the longest wooden pier in Europe and the sandy beach.

The area buzzes with life both day and night – the Crooked House, the Forest Opera and numerous art galleries create a unique mix of culture and entertainment. For lovers of active recreation – scenic bike paths and walking routes leading to the green areas of the Tricity Landscape Park.
