ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Deo Plaza 503A is a unique 46m2 apartment located directly on the bank of the Motława River – an ideal option for those who appreciate elegance, comfort, and unparalleled views. Large windows fill the interior with natural light, while the panorama of the river and historic buildings of Gdańsk impresses at any time of the day. The apartment’s interior is decorated in a modern, hotel style, dominated by light colors, soft fabrics, and subtle golden accents, giving the space a luxurious yet cozy character.

• The central point of the apartment is a comfortable double bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring excellent rest. Opposite is an elegant, fold-out sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping space. The setup is completed by a TV with Smart TV function, allowing relaxation after a day full of experiences.
• ​An undeniable asset of the apartment is a private balcony with a view of the Motława River – a perfect place for morning coffee, a moment of relaxation, or an evening glass of wine in a unique setting.
  
• Kitchenette harmoniously fits into the apartment space and is fully equipped – guests can use a induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Preparing breakfast or aromatic coffee with a view of the Motława becomes pure pleasure. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
• The modern bathroom impresses with minimalistic design and functionality. The spacious shower, hotel towels, hairdryer, and set of cosmetics provide full comfort during the stay.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment is air-conditioned.

Guests have access to a pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and a jacuzzi payable at 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which along with payment should be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a 35-person limit, with priority access given to Radisson hotel guests.

If interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN / day, please contact +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility of renting a private parking space depends on availability. The height limit for the garage entrance is 1.9m.

LOCATION

The Deo Plaza 503A apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries in appearance. It is located right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and the Ołowianka Island. Here you will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music can often be heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall”, which houses restaurants with viewing terraces as well as the “E.Wedel” café.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Thanks to the location in the city center, our guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please be aware that typical downtown sounds may appear at night.

Due to renovation of the bridge next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
