ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A stylish, modern apartment with an area of 37 m², designed for up to 4 adults, decorated in an elegant loft style with industrial accents, natural wood, and refined lighting, ideal for a comfortable city stay.

• Air-conditioned living room is the central part of the apartment. There is a comfortable fold-out sofa in a deep navy shade, placed opposite the TV, which promotes relaxation after an intense day. The character of the interior is emphasized by modern lamps, wall graphics, and carefully selected accessories that give the space an elegant atmosphere.
  
• Direct access from the living room leads to a balcony, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing after a day full of experiences.
  
• Kitchenette is designed in a minimalist style and harmoniously fits into the living area. It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, and coffee machine, as well as necessary kitchen accessories allowing comfortable meal preparation. Next to it is a dining area, naturally connecting the kitchen with the living room. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
• Bedroom is a calm, cozy space conducive to regeneration. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, spacious wardrobe, and subtle lighting that creates an intimate atmosphere.
  
• Bathroom is decorated in a modern, elegant style. It features a spacious walk-in shower and a hairdryer. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries.

Guests have access to the building's common area which consists of a children’s playroom, gym, work space and a roof terrace with a stunning view of the river and the Gdańsk Shipyard. Use of additional areas is included in the apartment price.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building opened in 2022. The building is situated in close proximity to the Old Town, right next to the Motława River, and one of Gdańsk’s popular attractions — the World War II Museum. In the vicinity, you will find many restaurants, cafés, and a grocery store.
