ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment is decorated in a modern style with warm, natural accents that create a cozy and harmonious space. Bright interiors, wooden floors, and a subdued color scheme promote relaxation and a sense of home comfort. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 guests.
Spacious living room with a large balcony window is the heart of the apartment. There is a fold-out sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping place. Opposite stands a television on an elegant wooden cabinet. A modern coffee table and accessories such as wall graphics give the interior a cozy character.
You can access the balcony from the living room, which provides extra space for relaxation. It's an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening rest in the fresh air.
Kitchenette is fully equipped, including a induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Bright cabinet fronts and city motifs on the wall tiles give it a modern look. Next to the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs, creating a comfortable place to eat. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided.
Bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed with a soft headboard and two bedside tables with lamps. The interior is complemented by a spacious, modern wardrobe that can hold all necessary items. A large window provides access to natural light and views of the surrounding buildings.

LOCATION
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the banks of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA zone, which includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Use of the amenities depends on availability.
Please note that until 28.02.2026, it is not recommended to use the SPA zone.
