The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can enjoy the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located right next door, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The building features a pleasant, green terrace. A significant advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — including a free gym, children's playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
