The apartment is located in a modern apartment building that was put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Observation Wheel located right next door, on the island of Ołowianka. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, we will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a playroom for children, and an extra charge sauna.
