It is comfortably furnished, and the apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A very comfortable double bed, opposite which is a SMART TV. In this compact space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay.  Additional space is provided by a sizable balcony connected to an English garden. The balcony is furnished with balcony furniture.

The Nadmotławie 108 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars up to 2 meters in height. The garage also permits cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
