Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest is standard. In addition, there is a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 108 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two. Although the apartment is small, measuring 29m2, it meets the expectations of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A very comfortable double bed, opposite it a TV with SMART function. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during morning breakfasts and any other meals. Preparing food is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a few days’ stay. An additional space is provided by a spacious balcony connected to an English garden. The balcony is equipped with balcony furniture.
The Nadmotławie 108 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. The area around the apartment is just starting its revitalization, but despite this, along the way to the Old Town, we will continuously be accompanied by the view of the river, the marina, and the tenements of the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Use of the area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows access for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
