Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and essential spices.

Deo Plaza 320 is an exceptional place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. It accommodates 4 adults. In the spacious living room, there is a sofa bed with a large TV, and the fully equipped kitchenette enables the preparation of any meal. The bedroom contains a comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe. Of course, there is also a stylish bathroom with a large shower.

An additional asset of the apartment is a pleasant balcony with a city view – the perfect spot for a morning coffee.

The Deo Plaza 320 apartment is located on the historic Granaries Island. The building has been renovated and resembles the old granaries. Situated right on the Motława river, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs and cafes. Live music can often be heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall”, which houses restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” cafe. 

Guests have access to a pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which must be made with payment at the reception of the Radisson hotel. The pool is limited to 35 people, with Radisson Hotel guests having priority. 

If you are interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN/day, please contact us by phone at +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility of renting a private parking space depends on availability. The clearance height for the parking garage entrance is 1.9m.

Thanks to its location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please note that at night typical downtown sounds may occur.

Due to a bridge renovation next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
