Grano Residence 64 is a stylish, comfortable, well-equipped apartment located on the border of Gdańsk's Old Town. 42 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for two and up to four people. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a workplace , a pleasant living room connected with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Additional space includes a balcony - an ideal place for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA zone consisting of a pool, gym, and massage area. Using it is additionally charged and dependent on availability.

The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, river access, and proximity to the Old Town are direct surroundings of the building.
