Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, there is a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Houseboat Modern 3 is an extremely unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. The apartment stands out from the others. It is moored on the water and accommodates 6 people, including a maximum of 4 adults. There are two separate bedrooms for guests, one with a large double bed, the other a bunk bed. The stylish living room features a fold-out sofa and a Smart TV as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay in summer. There is, of course, a bathroom with a shower.
The greatest asset of the houseboat is the terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the calm Motława River while having morning coffee or an evening drink. The terrace door of one of the bedrooms leads to the roof access, where you can relax sunbathing on a deck chair.
A sauna is available to Guests free of charge.
Our Houseboat is located at the Gdańsk marina, on the Motława River — just by the Stągiewny Bridge and at the extension of Szafarnia Street. Despite the close proximity to the main attractions of Gdańsk's Old Town, the location is a quiet and peaceful spot. In the vicinity, you will find various restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, as well as walking paths. Nearby streets captivate with historical buildings and monuments. The excellent location will satisfy the most demanding tourist.
