Nowa Motława SPA E17 is a stylishly furnished and fully equipped 43-square-meter apartment designed for 4 people. Its undeniable advantage is the location and access to the swimming pool and SPA zone, which is located just a few floors below the apartment. Use of it is additionally charged and depends on availability.

The apartment has everything needed for a short or longer stay. It consists of a living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. An additional space is the balcony.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage hall.
