It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will constantly be accompanied bythe view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenements of the Old Town.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Using this area is included in the apartment price.​
