Nadmotławie 33 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. Despite its small size of 29.5m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. There is a comfortable bed, in front of it a sofa with a sleeping function and a TV with SMART function. In this small space, there is also room for a bar with chairs, which will comfortably accommodate morning breakfast. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for meal preparation, containing everything needed for a multi-day stay. An additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.

Apartment Nadmotławie 33 is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building commissioned for use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenements will accompany us on our way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
