A comfortable bed, in front of it a sofa bed and a SMART TV. In this small space, there is room for a bar with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast. Meal preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette containing everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.

The Nadmotławie 33 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the surrounding area is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage allowing access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
