Nadmotławie C6 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a 6-strong family, a group of friends, or a family valuing high comfort and space. Although the apartment is modest in size, at 50m2, it will meet the requirements of the most demanding. The living room is equipped with a comfortable and stylish sofa, a round table with four chairs, and a SMART TV. This room is connected to a very well-equipped kitchenette. Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, microwave oven. In addition, the appropriate number of table settings, various glassware, and utensils facilitating meal preparation. The larger bedroom is equipped with a bed measuring 160 centimeters, a dressing table for morning preparation, a large wardrobe, and a SMART TV. The smaller bedroom has a bed measuring 140 cm. Instead of a wardrobe, there is an open hanger—perfect for a stay lasting a few days. The bathroom, meeting everyone's taste, is equipped with a comfortable shower. A washing machine with dryer function is located in the cupboard in the hallway.
The Nadmotławie C6 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the direct vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment's neighborhood is just beginning a revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
An enormous advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area – consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, allowing entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG system. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
