Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests are also welcomed with a set of welcome items in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie C6 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a 6-person family, a group of friends, or a family appreciating high comfort and space. Despite its small size of 50m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most discerning guests. The living room is equipped with a comfortable and stylish sofa, a round table with four chairs, and a SMART television. This room is connected to a very well-equipped kitchenette. Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, microwave. Additionally, there is an appropriate number of table settings, various glasses, and kitchen utensils to facilitate meal preparation. The larger bedroom is equipped with a bed that is 160 centimeters wide, a vanity for morning preparation, a large wardrobe, and a SMART television. The smaller bedroom features a bed that is 140 cm wide. The wardrobe has been replaced by an open coat rack—ideal for a short stay. The bathroom, appealing to everyone's tastes, is equipped with a comfortable shower. The washing machine with dryer function is located in the wardrobe in the hallway.
The Nadmotławie C6 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building that was opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its revitalization phase, the view of the river, yacht marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building—consisting of a children's playroom, a gym, and a sauna. Access to this area is included in the rental price.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also accommodates vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
