Nadmotławie Estate 191 is perfect for a family stay or a romantic getaway. It is designed for a maximum of 4 adults. In the stylish living room, you will find a sofa bed and a large TV. The pleasant bedroom features a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare any meal. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet, washing machine, and a spacious shower.
An additional space is provided by the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next door, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Along the way to the Old Town, you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The property features a pleasant, green-bordered terrace. A huge advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — which consists of a free gym, a children's playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
