ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The modern studio decorated in warm, soothing shades of beige and off-white with subtle gold accents emanates calm and elegance. This harmonious combination of style and comfort creates the perfect space for relaxation, where you can easily feel at home.

• The apartment is equipped with a comfortable double bed, opposite which is a 4K Smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, and more, along with delicate, minimalist RTV furniture. Next to it is a small dining table with chairs, perfect both for morning coffee and an intimate meal. The whole is complemented by a smart home system allowing convenient control of lighting and temperature.

• The apartment features a balcony with chairs, offering a view of the inner courtyard – an ideal place to relax with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

• The kitchenette has been designed with functionality in mind – guests can use the hob, a modern Samsung oven with convection, grill function, and microwave, as well as a large refrigerator with No Frost system and freezer. The apartment also includes a dishwasher—a practical convenience that saves time and makes daily functioning easier. There is also a coffee machine and electric kettle. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• The apartment is completed by an elegant bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Guests also have access to a washing machine, providing extra comfort during longer stays. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are provided for guests.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

There is an underground paid garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" in the building (5 PLN per hour), with availability depending solely on the parking operator.

Next door in the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA zone, massage, and jacuzzi for 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Advance reservation is required, which along with payment must be made at the reception of Prana SPA at the Radisson hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building that is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment’s location is unique. Exiting the building leads you to pleasant views: the river, historic Old Town tenement houses, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and a popular evening meeting spot SASSY club.
