ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A modern, bright apartment with a view of the marina is an ideal place to relax in comfortable conditions. The interior has been designed with attention to every detail — the combination of natural materials, pastel colors, and functional solutions creates a unique and cozy atmosphere for up to 4 adults.

• A spacious air-conditioned living room is equipped with a sofa bed, elegant armchair, and coffee table. Opposite is a television with Smart TV function, enabling access to favorite streaming services.

• From the living room you can step out onto a sunny balcony with a beautiful view of the marina — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

• An elegant kitchenette is maintained in a bright, modern style with marble accents. Equipped with a microwave oven function, dishwasher, cooktop, and necessary utensils and accessories. The centerpiece is an island with stools, next to which there is a table with chairs — the perfect place for shared meals. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• A cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe with mirrored doors. The wall is decorated with subtle graphics that introduce an atmosphere of calm and seaside relaxation.

• A stylish bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a washbasin with a large mirror, and a washing machine with dryer function — an ideal solution for longer stays. Light finishes and modern lighting add elegance and freshness to the interior. For guests, hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics are prepared.

Guests of Hotel Grano (located within the same complex) have access to SPA & Wellness consisting of a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and SPA zone. The cost of accessing the SPA zone is 100 PLN for adults, 50 PLN for children aged 4-12, and free for children under 4 years old. The Wellness zone is charged according to the price list.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building in the seaside part of Gdańsk, right at the mouth of the Dead Vistula and only 500 meters from Sobieszewo Island. It is a unique area with the Ptasi Raj and Mewia Łacha reserves, where nature has preserved its natural character. The proximity to the beach, accessible via a picturesque forest trail in a few minutes, encourages relaxation. The Sol Marina investment is excellently connected to the center of Gdańsk, just 14 km away, combining the tranquility of nature with convenient access to city attractions.
