ABOUT THE APARTMENT
A modern, bright apartment with a marina view is the perfect place to relax in comfortable conditions. The interior has been designed with attention to every detail — the combination of natural materials, pastel colors, and functional solutions creates a unique, cozy atmosphere for up to 4 adults.
The spacious, air-conditioned living room is equipped with a sofa bed, an elegant armchair, and a coffee table. Opposite is a tv with a Smart TV function, allowing access to favorite streaming services.
From the living room you can go out onto a sunny balcony with a beautiful view of the marina — an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The elegant kitchenette is maintained in a light, modern style with marble accents. It is equipped with a microwave oven function oven, dishwasher, hob, as well as necessary dishes and accessories. The central point is an island with bar stools, next to which is a table with chairs — a perfect place for shared meals. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe with mirrored doors. The wall is adorned with a subtle graphic that introduces an atmosphere of peace and seaside relaxation.
The stylish bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a sink with a large mirror, and a washing machine with dryer function — an ideal solution for longer stays. Bright finishes and modern lighting add elegance and freshness to the interior. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are prepared for guests.

Guests at Hotel Grano (located in the same development) have access to a SPA & Wellness area consisting of a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and SPA zone. The cost of entry to the SPA area is 100 PLN for adults, 50 PLN for children aged 4-12 years, and free for children under 4 years. The Wellness zone is charged according to the price list.
LOCATION
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building in the seaside part of Gdańsk, right at the mouth of the Dead Vistula and only 500 meters from Sobieszewo Island. This is a unique area with Ptasi Raj and Mewia Łacha reserves, where nature has preserved its natural character. The proximity of the beach, which can be reached by a scenic forest trail in a few minutes, promotes relaxation. The Sol Marina development is excellently connected to the center of Gdańsk, only 14 km away, combining the peace of nature with convenient access to city attractions.
