Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standard with the functionality of your own home. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome set consisting of tea, coffee, and basic spices also makes our Guests' stay more enjoyable.

SPA 53 is a very pleasant apartment located on the 5th floor of an equally comfortable apartment building. This modern apartment offers exceptional design and comfort at the highest level.

The living room with a kitchenette as the central point of the apartment is a place where you can gather together after a day full of adventures. A fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the dining table. Moving to the bedroom, you will find a cozy corner intended for relaxation after a whole day of sightseeing or work. The comfortable double bed ensures a relaxing sleep, and the cozy atmosphere allows you to unwind and recharge for the next day. Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

An additional advantage of the apartment is its location with a unique SPA area, including a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. The building is located by the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. Besides the pool and excellent location, there is a terrace on the roof with an amazing view of the Old Town and the surroundings. It is an ideal place for sunbathing, and the height of the building ensures that we are closer to the sun.
