Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consists of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

SPA 53 is a very pleasant apartment located on the 5th floor of an equally comfortable apartment building. This modern apartment offers unique design and comfort at the highest level.

Living room with a kitchenette as the central point of the apartment is a place where you can gather together after a day full of experiences. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for the preparation of delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the dining table. Moving to the bedroom, you will find a charming corner designed for relaxation after a day of sightseeing or work. The comfortable double bed ensures a restful sleep, and the cozy atmosphere allows you to unwind and recharge for the next day. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The building is located by the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. Besides the pool and excellent location, there is a terrace on the roof with an amazing view of the Old Town and surroundings. It is an ideal place for sunbathing, and the height of the building ensures you are closer to the sun.
