Despite its small size of 33m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout makes sure everything is in its place. Comfortable bed, in front of it a sofa bed, and a SMART TV. In this small space, there is also room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during a morning breakfast. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. An additional space is the balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.

The Nadmotławie A20 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. A great advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Access to this area is included in the apartment price. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment’s neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses.
