The 42-square-meter apartment meets the demands of the most discerning guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures that everything is in its place. A pleasant bedroom equipped with a double bed. The living room, furnished with a leather sofa and a SMART TV, is connected to a well-equipped kitchenette. Additionally, there is a separate room in the form of a bathroom with a shower. Extra space is provided by a sizable balcony — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie C31 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization, along the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, marina, and Old Town buildings.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows vehicles up to a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits entry of cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost for renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
