Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasant-smelling gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie C31 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a maximum of a 4-person family or group of friends. The 42-square-meter apartment meets the needs of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A pleasant bedroom equipped with a double bed. The living room, equipped with a leather sofa and a SMART TV, is connected to a well-equipped kitchenette. Additionally, there is a separate room in the form of a bathroom with a shower. An additional space is provided by a large balcony—perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The Nadmotławie C31 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building that was completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, we will continuously be accompanied by the view of the river, marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town on the way to the Old Town. An enormous advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building – consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
