The apartment is located in a modern residential building opened for use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on the island of Ołowianka. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, greened terrace. A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and a sauna available for an additional fee.

Please note that on the credit/debit card provided for the reservation we also block a refundable deposit/security amount of PLN 500.
