The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in direct vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby, on the island of Ołowianka. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away. Along the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The building features a pleasant, green terrace. A great advantage of the apartment complex, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and a sauna available for an additional fee.
