Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standards and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a nicely scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices also enhances our Guests' stay.

Houseboat Modern 1 is an exceptionally unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. It is moored on the water and accommodates 6 people, including up to 4 adults. Guests have at their disposal two separate bedrooms, one of which has a large double bed, and the other a bunk bed. The stylish living room includes a sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay during summer. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower.

The greatest asset of the houseboat is the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of the calm Motława River while having your morning coffee or an evening drink. Guests also have access to a grill. The terrace door of one of the bedrooms leads to the roof entrance, where you can relax sunbathing on a deck chair.

A sauna is available to Guests. Its use is included in the price.

Our houseboat is located at the Gdańsk marina, on the Motława River - right by the Stągiewny Bridge and at the extension of Szafarnia Street. Despite its proximity to the main attractions of Gdańsk’s Old Town, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The area offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, as well as walking paths. Nearby streets charm with historic buildings and monuments. The excellent location will satisfy the most demanding tourist.
