The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. The stay is also enhanced for our Guests by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Houseboat Modern 1 is an extremely unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. It is moored on the water and accommodates 6 people, including up to 4 adults. Guests have at their disposal two separate bedrooms, one of which features a large double bed, and the other a bunk bed. The stylish living room includes a fold-out sofa and a Smart TV as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. Comfortable summer stays are ensured by air conditioning. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower.
The biggest advantage of the houseboat is the terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the calm Motława River over morning coffee or an evening drink. Guests also have access to a grill. The terrace doors of one of the bedrooms lead to roof access, where you can relax sunbathing on a deck chair.
A sauna is available to guests. Use is included in the price.
Our houseboat is located at the Gdańsk marina, on the Motława River - right by the Stągiewny Bridge and the extension of Szafarnia Street. Despite its proximity to the main attractions of Gdańsk's Old Town, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The area offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, and walking paths. Nearby streets impress with their historic buildings and monuments. The excellent location will satisfy the most demanding tourist.
