The apartment is located on the 6th, top floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA zone consisting of a pool, gym, and massage area. Use of this area is additionally charged and subject to availability.
The building is located on the Granaries Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, river access and proximity to the Old Town are the immediate neighborhood of the building.
