The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of a private home. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests’ stay is also enhanced by a welcome set that includes a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Letnica 147 is a comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. The 64 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for up to six people. Guests have access to two separate bedrooms, each featuring a large, comfortable double bed. The pleasant living room, connected with a fully equipped kitchenette, includes a sofa bed. Of course, there is a bathroom with a bath and a washing machine.

Additional space is provided by a balcony, an ideal place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink. It offers a panoramic view of the city, and the stadium is visible in the distance.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 15th floor of a modern apartment building that was completed at the end of 2020. Letnica is a rapidly developing district of Gdansk. Its immediate vicinity includes Gdansk Stadium along with the Fun Arena, offering petrol-powered go-karts, bungee jumping, escape rooms, and a playground for children. The Martwa Wisła tunnel significantly facilitates access to the Old Town. The apartment is also a short distance from Gdansk’s most popular beach — Brzeźno.
