Nadmotławie B17B is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for up to 3 people. Our apartment meets the needs of the most demanding. The living room is equipped with a double bed, a comfortable, fold-out, single sofa and a SMART TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The Nadmotławie B17B apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building, which was completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in immediate proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, yacht marina, or tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
