Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, well-smelling gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. The stay of our guests is also made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee and basic spices.
Letnica 147 is a comfortable, spacious and well-equipped apartment. 64 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for up to six people. Guests have at their disposal two separate bedrooms, each with a large, comfortable double bed. There is a sofa bed in a pleasant living room connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there was also a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.
An additional space is a balcony, an ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink. It offers a panoramic view of the city, and the stadium is visible in the distance.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 15th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned at the end of 2020. Letnica is a dynamically developing district of Gdańsk. Its immediate vicinity is the Gdańsk Stadium with the Fun Arena, offering petrol go-karts, bungee, escape rooms and a playground for children. Access to the Old Town is definitely facilitated by the Tunnel under the Dead Vistula. A short distance separates the apartment from the most popular beach in Gdańsk - Brzeźno.
