• The studio offers a modern and comfortable living area with a fold-out sofa and a television with Smart TV functionality. Guests also have at their disposal spacious built-in wardrobes, providing convenient storage space. Carefully chosen details and thoughtful design create a cozy atmosphere for both relaxation and work.

• The living area leads to a private balcony – perfect for morning coffee or a moment of relaxation outdoors.

• The fully equipped kitchenette integrated into the studio space offers convenience for everyday use. The modern hob, oven, and dishwasher allow for comfortable meal preparation. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• The stylish bathroom in a modern style features a spacious walk-in shower, elegant sink, and toilet. Careful finishing and unique colors complete the whole. On site, you will find hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries - shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, and soap.

IMPORTANT FACILITIES

The building operates an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour), subject to space availability determined solely by the parking operator.

​Next door to the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA area and massage and jacuzzi charged 150 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which must be made together with payment at the reception desk at Prana SPA in the Radisson hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic tenement houses of the Old Town, and the historic crane Żuraw. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store and a popular evening meeting spot SASSY club.
