ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A comfortable, bright, and functionally furnished 71 m² apartment, designed for a maximum of 6 adults. It is perfect both for a family stay and a trip with friends.

• Living room is a cozy relaxation area equipped with a fold-out sofa, which provides an additional sleeping space. Opposite is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV functionality, allowing you to rest comfortably after a full day.
  A great asset of this part of the apartment is a bay window with a river view, which adds a unique character to the interior and makes the space bright and pleasant.

• From the living room, you can go out to the balcony equipped with garden furniture. It is an ideal place for morning coffee, a moment of relaxation, or rest in the fresh air.

• The modern kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, and coffee machine, providing convenience for daily meal preparation. Right next to it, there is a dining table with chairs, creating a comfortable space for shared breakfasts, lunches, and evening meetings. A welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared for guests' convenience.

• In the first bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and desk, making the room suitable not only for rest but also for remote work or quiet daily planning.

• The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. It is a comfortable and peaceful space conducive to rest.

• In the bathroom, guests have at their disposal a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer. Modern finishing and functional equipment ensure convenience during the stay. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, and soap - are prepared for guests.

• An additional convenience is a separate toilet, which increases comfort during everyday use of the apartment, especially when more people stay.

The apartment, located on the 4th floor of the modern Brabank estate, is in one of the most unique parts of Gdańsk - right next to the Motława riverfront and the World War II Museum. It is a place where history meets modernity, creating a unique atmosphere of the old shipyard. Just a few minutes' walk separates the apartment from the Long Waterfront, Long Street, and Neptune's Fountain, and the area is rich in restaurants, cafés, and waterfront boulevards, ideal for walks and evening relaxation. The beach in Brzeźno is about a 20-minute drive or tram ride away, and other seaside districts like Jelitkowo or Stogi are equally accessible. It is an ideal place for those who value proximity to the center and relaxation by the water.
