The stay is also made more enjoyable for our guests by a welcome pack in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic seasonings.
Nadmotławie 117 is the perfect choice for a romantic or simply very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people and a maximum of 3 persons. Despite its small size — it measures 29m2 — the apartment will meet the demands of even the most discerning guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the apartment layout ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, directly opposite a large SMART TV and a small, fold-out sofa. In this compact space there is room for a table with chairs, which will easily provide comfort during a morning breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, which contains everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.
The apartment Nadmotławie 117 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is only beginning the process of revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The parking garage also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.
