The Granaria C305 apartment is decorated in an elegant soft minimal style with elements of modern classic. The light color scheme, high-quality finish, and functional layout ensure a comfortable stay for up to 6 people. It is the perfect place for morning coffee at the large table, evening relaxation on a comfortable sofa, and peaceful sleep in cozy bedrooms – all amidst stylish interiors in the very center of the city.

• A cozy living room with a sofa bed is the ideal space for shared relaxation – a comfortable corner sofa, designer table, and large TV create a homely atmosphere. Light walls, soft textiles, and elegant accessories encourage relaxation after a day full of experiences.

• A fully equipped kitchenette includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, and a dining table with four chairs. The light cabinetry and ambient lighting create a cozy atmosphere. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• A intimate bedroom with a double bed, desk, and dresser is an excellent space to rest or work in silence. Soft bedding and subtle decorations provide a sense of peace and privacy.

• The larger bedroom with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe offers a comfortable space for sleep and work. The decorations and lighting give it an elegant character.

• An elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower, large mirror, and washing machine impresses with modern design and functionality. Marble tiles and carefully selected details create a home SPA atmosphere. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, and soap are prepared for guests.​

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

There is an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" in the building (5 PLN per hour), with availability of spaces solely dependent on the parking operator.

​Next door building houses a swimming pool, sauna, SPA area and massage and jacuzzi paid 150 PLN/1.5h. Advance reservation is required, which together with payment must be made at the reception Prana SPA at the Radisson Hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building opened in 2024, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The location of the apartment is unique. Exiting the building offers pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenement houses, and the historic Żuraw Crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting place, club SASSY.
