ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This elegant apartment is an excellent choice for those who appreciate modern interiors, comfort, and an exceptional location. The space has been designed with great attention to detail, and the unique mural with a panorama of Gdańsk gives the interior a unique character. The apartment is intended for a maximum of 6 people.

• Living room is equipped with a comfortable, convertible sofa, a coffee table, and a TV – an ideal place to relax after an eventful day. Large windows provide access to natural light and create a sense of spaciousness.

• Kitchenette is fully equipped – here you will find a induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Right next to it is a dining table with seating for six – perfect for shared meals. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• First bedroom, separated from the living room by a glass wall, offers a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The space is designed to ensure privacy and comfort without compromising modern style.

• Second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and an open metal wardrobe with shelves – perfect for storing clothes and luggage.

• The modern bathroom is finished with elegant marble-style tiles and equipped with a spacious shower, large mirror, washing machine, and practical storage space. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, and soap.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment is air-conditioned.

There is an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour) in the building, with space availability depending solely on the parking operator.

​Next door to the building there is a pool, sauna, SPA zone and massage and jacuzzi paid 150 PLN/1.5h. Reservations must be made in advance, and payment must be made at the reception Prana SPA at the Radisson hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the prestigious Granaria apartment building – a project that perfectly combines modern architecture with the historic character of Gdańsk. Direct proximity to the Motława river, historic tenement houses, and the famous Crane creates a unique atmosphere. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, there are trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the iconic SASSY club – an ideal place for evening meetings.
