Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of the highest hotel standard and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. Our guests' stay is also brightened by a welcome pack in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.

Apartment Nadmotławie C16 is an extremely spacious apartment for four people, where comfort meets elegance. It offers comfort and functionality for each of the residents. The harmony of space, stylish interiors and functionality create a unique atmosphere of homely warmth.

The spacious living room is the heart of this place, with a comfortable fold-out sofa and a dining area creating a zone ideal for relaxation and shared meals. Adjoining the living room is a modern kitchenette, equipped with everything necessary to prepare tasty dishes and enjoy them in good company. Bedroom is furnished in a charming style, with a central place occupied by a comfortable double bed. Large wardrobe provides ample space for storing clothes and personal items, ensuring order throughout the room. Bathroom impresses with modern design and functionality. A comfortable shower is the perfect spot for a relaxing wash after a day full of experiences.

The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the spacious balcony, which is an ideal place for a morning coffee, a relaxing read or evening gatherings at sunset.

Apartment Nadmotławie C16 is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, nevertheless on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic townhouses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an extra charge.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also accommodates cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately beyond our control. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 zł/hour, 40 zł/day.
