Letnica 152 is a comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. 40 square meters guarantees a comfortable stay for up to four people. The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom, a pleasant living room combined with a properly equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 16th floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020. Letnica is a rapidly developing district of Gdańsk. Its immediate vicinity includes the Gdańsk Stadium with Fun Arena, offering combustion go-karts, bungee jumping, escape rooms, and a playground for children. Access to the Old Town is greatly facilitated by the Tunnel under the Dead Vistula. The apartment is also a short distance from Gdańsk's most popular beach — Brzeźno.
