The Nadmotławie B17A apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of this area is included in the apartment price.
