Nadmotławie 83 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a couple or a family with a child. Despite its modest size of 30m2, the apartment will meet the requirements of even the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a sofa bed. In this compact space there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort for a morning breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette that has everything needed for a stay of several days.
The Nadmotławie 83 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic buildings.
A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional charge.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 zł/hour, 40 zł/day.
