Apartment Nadmotławie B41 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's townhouses. 

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's shared area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of this area is included in the price of the apartment.
